Designed in 1917 by renowned architect, Frederick Weber, The Touraine marries original architectural details with modern comforts. What once was a hotel, is Philadelphia’s most elegant apartment building. Whether one of our studios or our four bedroom bi-level apartments, we offer classic design with original details such as such as:  hand-carved mantels, restored hardwood oak floors, original stained glass, and French doors. In the lobby and over sized hallways, you’ll find handmade millwork done by local artisans, and places to sit and read books from our library.
